Halcyon Consulting and Mediation (HCM) is rooted in providing services to improve equity and inclusion, bring cultural awareness to all cultures, and bridge gaps between all helping systems and the communities they serve. While partnering with public service institutions, we strive to improve the culture within the organization internally. When conducting our professional mediation services, we are impartial and neutral. Our mission is to keep the peace amongst all parties involved and assists them in the negotiation of their differences.  Additionally, our extensive and varied experience uniquely qualifies us to not only train personnel but to do so with high ethical standards.
